Very easy to work with. Felt like she went out of her way to make sure we got everything we wanted. She even checked in with us the day before to make sure we were set and followed up and welcomed us back when the trip was over!

The vacation was wonderful and I can't say thank you enough, everything was great we got an amazing room,the flight went smooth,the resort was very nice and great restaurants,we had so much fun.the only thing that was missing on this trip,was to stay a few more days,the staff was very friendly,
